Our account setup procedure is simple and having an account has advantages. It establishes a business relation. It also enhances customized service and it saves time during reservation and transportation.
Once you make your first reservation, with all of the information you provide us, we can setup an account. We send invoice for services provided, once or twice a month depending on the volume. Payment is due upon invoice receipt. Payment can be by check or credit card. If payment is not received in 14 days, it will indicate your desire to pay by credit card and we will charge the invoice amount to the credit card on file.
Customers with an account have a reservation profile in our system. For such customers, we usually need to ask only for pick-up time and date. All the remaining information is already available in customer's profile.
